Somebody just asked me this about five seconds ago at the coffeeshop: Since the letter "A" being the third most used letter in the English language, list one thousand English words, off the top of your head, that do not contain the letter "A."
Okay, give up? I'll give the answer soon. It might surprise you, though I'm sure some probably have heard this one before.
